Seafood of the highest quality, served simply in homage to our Cornish waters. We’ll cook the fish and open the wine, you do the rest.

We take tables of up to 6 guests, and each reservation has 1 hour and 45 minutes before we require the table back.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT
Please note that due to our location in North Cornwall, taxis are often unavailable to book at late notice. We strongly advise arranging transport in advance.

ACCESSIBILITY
Our dining room is at the top of a short flight of wooden stairs.

PARKING
If you are arriving by car please leave plenty of additional time before your booking to park, as Port Isaac’s free spaces do become quickly limited, especially during the holiday months.

There is a public car park right next to us. Alternatively, Port Isaac’s ‘main’ public car park is located on the right as you drive into Port Isaac, and is a 15-minute walk to Outlaw’s New Road.

Children aged 10 and over. We do not serve a children’s menu.

Terms

DINING TERMS & CONDITIONS
We have taken practical measures to best ensure the safety of our staff and customers. As well as physical measures taken within the restaurant, we ask our customers to observe the following terms and conditions when you reserve a table:

  1. We will be limiting reservations to control the spacing within the building.
  2. Do not arrive early or late for your reservation. We do not have a bar or waiting area.
  3. Our front door will remain closed and locked until the time of your reservation.
  4. If you arrive at the same time as another group, please maintain your distance and wait until it is safe for you to enter the building where prompted by one of our team.
  5. All customers will be required to sanitise their hands on entering the building at the station provided
  6. Each reservation has 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time of the reservation. The table will be required again thereafter.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Outlaw’s New Road is a small restaurant and as such, our continued viability relies heavily on reservations being honoured by our customers or adequate notice being given of any changes to plans or arrangements. Accordingly, the following Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations:

  1. Credit Card (MasterCard or VISA) details will be required to confirm your booking.
  2. For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
  3. Outlaw’s New Road reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to the given Credit Card details for any bookings cancelled or changed within this 48 hour notice period.
  4. In these instances, the cancellation fee will be £25 per person unless we are otherwise able to fill the vacancy.
  5. The cancellation fee reflects any cost incurred by Outlaw’s New Road in terms of staff, food or beverage ordered specifically for your group or party, and to part cover any lost revenue as a result of turning other reservations away.

Tables are required back 2 hours from the time of booking.
