All bookings are inclusive of a 10% service charge.
We have limited parking spaces for guests on a first come first served basis, with the public car park available directly opposite the Guest House.
RESTAURANTS
Both Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen and Outlaw’s New Road are located in Port Isaac. Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen is a 10 minute walk from the Guest House and located at the bottom of a relatively steep hill. For guests with mobility concerns, please email us to discuss. Outlaw’s New Road is directly opposite the Guest House.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made using our online reservation system. We offer one and two-night stays (two-night stays only for our Winter Foodie Getaway) and do not sell the rooms separately. We can accommodate group bookings of up to 6 guests maximum (3 rooms).

ACCESSIBILITY
All guest bedrooms are located upstairs, accessed only via one or two flights of stairs.

GUEST PARKING
Limited resident parking is available at Outlaw’s Guest House on a first come first served basis and at the owner’s risk. Additional parking can be found within the public car park located directly opposite the Guest House.
Please note that due to our location in North Cornwall, taxis are often unavailable to book at late notice. We strongly advise arranging transport in advance.
CHILDREN POLICY
Outlaw’s Guest House is an adult only establishment, and as such all residents must be over 18 years old.
PET POLICY
No pets permitted.
For assistance dogs, please contact us directly to arrange.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations over 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the package cost.
- Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.
- Any package that we re-sell before the day of the booking will be refunded in full at our discretion.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Outlaw’s Guest House Package is subject to availability.
2. Restaurant dining sequence is subject to availability.
3. Dinner at Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen includes Outlaw’s ‘Fish Kitchen to Share’ menu. All drinks and additional orders will be charged.
4. Dinner at Outlaw’s New Road includes our full seafood tasting menu. All drinks and additional orders will be charged.
5. Stays at Outlaw’s Guest House are based on two people sharing, inclusive of bed and breakfast.
6. Full payment is required on booking.
7. In the event of interruptions or cancellations due to Government COVID-19 restrictions, alternate dates may be offered, or a refund will be available
8. All prices quoted include service and are inclusive of VAT.
