Does the property have parking?
No, parking is available in either of the two council operated car parks at the top of the village. Both car parks are a 10-minute walk down into the village, and long-stay parking is available at both. You are welcome to drive down and pull over onto the harbourside Platt, or close by, and unload luggage into Kittiwake, but please be aware the narrow streets can prove somewhat tricky to access and there is limited turning space.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, Kittiwake cottage is dog friendly. We allow 1 dog in the property at any time. An additional charge is applied. Please be aware, the tunnel and courtyard outside of the cottage has shared use with guests in the Annexe and staff/deliveries for the restaurants. We politely ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture.

Yes, Kittiwake Cottage sleeps up to 6 persons, consisting of 3 bedrooms with king size beds, one of which can be made up as twins on request. Kittiwake Annexe is only suitable for one adult couple.

How do I book?
Please book here on our website. If you have any issues completing your booking, please email [email protected]

I’ve paid the deposit, how do I pay the rest of the balance?
You will receive a reminder email within 12 weeks of your check in date. Remaining balances are due within 12 weeks of your stay. Should you miss your payment deadline, we will send a further reminder. Should you continue to miss your deadline, we will cancel the booking and we reserve the right to retain the booking deposit.

Do I need to clean the property before I leave?
Properties will be cleaned before and after your stay by our team, however we do ask that you leave the property in a respectable state, and either clean or load the dishwasher before departing, leaving no dirty items or rubbish behind. General waste and recycling bins are provided within the refuse area of the courtyard.

The village and the properties themselves present challenges for those with limited mobility and/or who require wheelchair access. The village centre of Port Isaac can only been accessed via steep hills and the properties themselves, being Grade-II listed come with their limitations. If you need any further advice, please contact [email protected].
